Illustrated on the right is the initial site plan for the proposed Senior Housing community in Orange, Connecticut. Such site plan was prepared and colored while staying within the same CADD program.
Such design studies are effective communications tools for sales and town planning meetings. Also, the use of a colored exhibit such as this one is a unique feature of our CADD-based practice.

This document was plotted on a large format color plotter, in house.

John Cruet has, on the premises computing, printing, plotting, and large format printing. In addition my firm has the ability to upload large files to plotter services .
All computer-aided construction documents may be saved as AutoCAD DWG documents.
