Conversion to Retail and Condominiums
West Haven, CT
An existing factory building is slated for conversion to loft condominium units, some with
views of New Haven Harbor. Existing retail on the lower level will be retained.
The site will be cleaned up and developed with walkways and access to the
waterfront, and there will be on-site parking as well as a 16-car garage. The existing building will be
repaired and the exterior cleaned up. A new entryway and elevator service is also proposed.
The project is currently in the planning stages.

Retail Center
West Haven, CT
A 23,000 sq. ft. retail and business center, which is adjacent to the West River Crossing
development area. The Project incorporates a 10,000 sq. ft. adaptive reuse of an
existing factory, and a 13,000 sq. ft. new addition of pre-engineered design to make the
best use of this site. Recently completed, the center is occupied by a laundromat,
a hair styling salon, a pet supply shop, a wine shop, and a Subway restaurant.
It is across the street from the 30 Elm Street facility, shown above.
