Watch Hill Phase 3A is a Cluster subdivision of attached single family townhomes in a community which lies just 35 minutes north of New York City. There are 72 units total in Phase 3A.

The concept of the cluster subdivision allows for expansive, commonly owned open spaces interspersed with building clusters of just 6 dwelling units each cluster. This concept allows for the preservation of wide expanses of open space for the enjoyment of the residents.

The recreation areas also include a swimming pool with bathhouse as well as a wading pool.

This Project was completed in May 1996.
