Single-family Residential Work
My firm gets frequent requests related to the design of single family residences. In fact, my firm does take on such commissions, mainly on a referral basis. Our single family clients would commission my firm to perform design work which is an extension of their individual lifestyles, each commission having its own unique set of requirements and challenges which transcend tried-and-true solutions. My firm makes maximum use of its tools and resources to illustrate to its special clients our ideas as to how to best personalize their residences.
My firm utilizes 3D CAD in order to enable our clients to visualize their program requirements. A series of interior and exterior perspectives are developed to illustrate the interior spatial quality of interior spaces which include living areas, kitchens, great rooms, and en suite master bedrooms. This unique aspect of service is available to our clients.

Residential design, like all our other new building designs, is sensitive to site characteristics. This residence features views of an adjacent nature preserve as well as Long Island Sound. Its design responds to the unique nature of a coastal site plan.
